The value of the agreement exceeds USD $ 1 million. Installations at additional properties are also being considered.
In mid 2005, Canyon Ranch began an evaluation of several in-room interactive TV systems for the Miami facility. The primary goal was to select a system that could increase guest accessibility to superior Canyon Ranch services while generating actionable guest data that could be used to create more effective and individualized service.
