of $250 000 in Éduglobe inc.

Longueuil, Quebec, May 25, 2001 - On July 24 2000, Kiddo Technologies Inc. (the " Corporation "), a Capital Pool Corporation listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange (symbol – KID), announced that it has reached an agreement in principle dated July 14, 2000 for the purchase of all the issued and outstanding shares of Eduglobe inc. (“Eduglobe”), for a price of approximately $1,850,000 payable by the issuance of 13,000,000 common shares of the Corporation. This arm’s length transaction will constitute the Corporation’s Qualifying Transaction and is subject to regulatory and shareholders approval.

Keeping up the pace of its continuous corporate growth, Eduglobe welcomed on April 24 2001 its third outside shareholder who invested $250,000 in its capital stock. This new investor, Société Innovatech Québec, is a Quebec government venture capital corporation specializing in pre-start up and start up financial assistance to high-tech companies. With a $75 millions fund, Innovatech’s investment portfolio includes over 85 companies and projects in the areas of information technology and telecommunications, optical and photonic, biotechnology and industrial technologies.

This investment will be used to pursue the development and the marketing of Eduglobe’s e-learning technology called " Plug’n Learn " (previously " Edu3w "). " Plug’n Learn " is a synchronous distance training software that allows transport over the Internet, Intranet or Extranet of multimedia contents, with real-time interactivity.

COMPLETION OF THE TRANSACTION FOR THE ADMISSIBILITY OF THE CORPORATION IS SUBJECT TO A NUMBER OF CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EXCHANGE ACCEPTANCE AND MAJORITY OF THE MINORITY SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL. THE TRANSACTION CANNOT CLOSE UNTIL THE REQUIRED SHARHOLDER APPROVAL IS OBTAINED. THERE CAN BE NO ASSURANCE THAT THE TRANSACTION WILL BE COMPLETED AS PROPOSED OR AT ALL.
